The App is designed to provide a platform to connect tradies and customers where customers can create job request for any home works and tradies can provide quote to customers. Tradies Hub is a subscription based model for tradies. They need to purchase monthly subscription to view the job requests and share quotes however it is a free platform for customers.

The App respects the privacy of the individuals represented and their families. Any personal data shared by the users will be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content present on the App is the exclusive property of Golden Save Pty Ltd, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users are expected to use the App in a respectful manner. Any misuse, including the spreading of false information, defamatory comments, or any other form of disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in permanent ban from using the App.

While we strive to provide accurate and up to date information, we do not guarantee that the information provided through the Tradies Hub is 100% accurate or complete. Users are advised to verify information from other sources as well.

All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made using Apple App Store & Google play Store. In using the Application, the Services, or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Apple App Store & Google play Store terms and conditions which are available on their website.

10. DOCUMENT UPLOAD BY TRADIES

It is Tradies responsibility to upload the correct information for License number and ABN number. If they provided wrong information then there is no refund of the money for the work they done on the platform.
